Located in the West Village, Cocu is a 500 sq. ft. fast casual restaurant that prides itself in the wholesome and healthy provenance of its ingredients. Distillation as a means to quality is further explored within the minimal material palette utilized within the interior of the space.  A simplified color scheme and open floor plan unifies the preparation and enjoyment of the meal while supporting a new brand concept.
